A major part of being in JROTC is understanding the Chain of Command. The Chain of Command is how cadets in higher positions spread information down to cadets in lower positions. There are two different companies within our program, Alpha Company, and Bravo Company. There is also a separate group of cadets who help support the two companies called Staff. All staff and leadership positions within the program are run by cadets. The main positions in the program go as follows:
Battalion CommanderThe current Battalion Commander of the program is Dylan O´Brien. The Battalion Commander helps provide vision into the program. Where he goes, the rest of the program follows. He is also the highest ranking cadet within the program. Some of O'Brien's goals for our program are to get the program more involved in the community, helping to grow bonds between the LET 1s and LET 4s, and to leave a lasting effect on the current cadets after he leaves.

Executive OfficerElias Sauerbrun is the Battalion's Executive Officer. His job within the program is to manage the staff members and to help advise and plan events with the Battalion Commander. He is also in charge of the Battalion in case the current Battalion Commander is absent. His goal as the Battalion Executive is to give staff the chance to work together as a team instead of one person doing their individual position. On top of that he wants to motivate staff to do their job incredibly and to the standard of success . Not only that, he wants them to know that they do not have power over the companies and their cadets.

Command Sergeant MajorThe current Command Sergeant Major of the program is Alexander Inhof. His role is to help advise the Battalion Commander and to work with and manage the Company´s First Sergeants. He is also in charge of planning Color Guards and disciplinary actions within the program. Part of becoming the Command Sergeant Major is to help lead Physical training. His goals are to help better introduce the programs Battalion towards the specialty teams, and coordinate issues thoroughly. He would like to have the Battalion informed on coordination and events as well.
